Isiah Manning was born March 12, 1951 to Rosa Mae Manning in Marlboro County, South Carolina.  Isiah we affectionately known as "Bay" by his family and friends.

Isiah was educated in Blenheim, South Carolina where he attended Blenheim Wright High School. Isiah moved to New York City when he and his brother; Charles Manning hitched a ride on truck to move North for a better life.

Isiah goes on to join his third child; Shamal, who preceded him in death, in Heaven.

Isiah leaves to cherish his loving memories: one daughter; Kizzy, one son Iaishzell Manning, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and numerous friends.
