Jennifer Rose Crawford McCray Garris was born on September 5, 1954 to the late Lloyd McCray and Ruth Sanders McCray in Brooklyn, New York.

Jennifer was educated in the New York City Public School System. Jennifier met and married Ronnie Garris and stay with his until he passed away.

Jennifer was always a family person and had family values. She was always there wanting to always help. She was a loving sister and person. She will be missed.

Jennifer leaves to cherish her loving memories; two sisters; Ann and Diane, three brothers; Eddie, Louis and Elliot, her nieces; Lashaya, Latia, Lashaunda and Constance, her nephews; Herbert, Savion, Lavron, Lionell, Roosevelt, Shane and Gregory, her brother-in-law; John and her longtime companion; Elroy.

As we are her now, I hope and pray she is climbing the stairway to Heaven where she will meet our loved ones who have gone on before us and the King of all Kings; God.
