Obituary

Ralph Peter Vila was born on September 30 th , 1959 to Angel Rafael (Ralph) and Maria (Mary) Vila. He made this couple a family. He was the first of five children born to this union. He is now the first to be reunited with them in Heaven.

Ralph worked for the US Postal Service as a Mail Carrier; Rain, Snow, Sleet, or Hail: Ralph was always there. For 10+ years prior to this Ralph was a Stock Boy at A&P and Jetro Cash and Carry in Red Hook. Ralph attended 2years at Pace University. He graduated from Bishop Loughlin High School in 1978, Junior High in 1974. School began for him in the early 60's at PS 27.

It all goes so very fast. Time is infinite and yet finite. There is a beginning, a muddle though and an end. Gone too soon perhaps, but let's remember the life, celebrate that love, that splendor, that grandeur which added each thread that wove his tapestry….more's  the pity in the unraveling

Ralph leaves behind four siblings to mourn his loss; God's gain; his sister; Christine Vila- Davidson, the twins; Albert and Rene and lastly his brother; John (AKA Lester), others will mourn too, too many to mention but I'll name two; Bruce Davidson, Christine's loving husband and friend to the very end. Fred God bless dear friend; Fred.
