Ryvan Jones was born on March 5, 1983 to the late Ryvan Hewitt and Jancie Hewitt in Barbados, WI. At the age of 6 Ryvan migrated to the United States and settled down in Brooklyn, New York.

Ryvan was educated in the New York City Public School System graduating from Paul Robson High School. Ryvan loved sports especially basketball, spending time with his family. After completing his education Ryvan worked various jobs. Ryvan was a easy going person who was a jack of all trades.

Ryvan found love in his life when he met and married Shontell Williams.

Ryvan was preceded in death by his father; Ryvan Hewitt.

Ryvan leaves to cherish his loving memories; his mother; Janice Hewitt, his wife; Shontell Williams Jones, his brothers; Dondre Hewitt, Sergio Jones, his God Mother; Sandrene Odom and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
