Timothy Perkins was born on January 11, 1960 to Lois Cooper in Brooklyn, New York.

Timothy was educated in the New York City Public School System where he attended 296 Halsey Jr. High School. Timothy worked at Linden Housing Corporation for 10 years until he retired. He also had various jobs he worked for during his life.

Timothy was a smooth, cool dude that loved his stylish hats. He worked as a chef which lead him to his love of cooking. Timothy's Mac & Cheese would surely melt in your mouth and let's not forget the love he had for music. When he said "It's About That Time", he was pulling out his stereo, blasting it to the highest level and having a good old time.

Tim as he was known by his family and friends showed love and was well loved by many people.

On October 27, 2021 he went home to be with the Lord.

Timothy leaves to cherish his loving memories: his mother; Lois Cooper, his four loving children; Chaniza, Tamika, Chanel and Jermel, three sisters; Theresa, Janeice and Paula, three brothers; Michael, Todd and Jerome, his grandchildren; Autumn, Aaliyah, Jerliyan, Aaron (Wink) and Eyan his great grandchild; Chelsea (CJ), his God daughter; Rosalyn and a host  of nieces, nephews, other family members and numerous friends.
