Zabina Gafoor was born in Guyana on March 10th, 1970, to the late Bertie and Jean Hamid.

She migrated to United States where she later settled down in Queens New York City.

She was a God-fearing person who cared for her family and friends. Zabina's love and dedication for helping others lead her to follow in her career path as a Home Health Aide.

She enjoyed listening to music and spending time with her two children: Waheeda Wazir and Brandon Dhaiti.

Zabina was a home maker who loved to cook and spoil her children. She was a dedicated worker and when she walked into a room her presence was felt by all.

Zabina leaves to cherish her loving memories; one daughter; Waheeda, one son; Brandon, four sisters; Rehanna, Bibi, Kizer and Shiza Gafoor, one brother; Fazil Gafoor, one grandson; Ezra and a host of other family members.
